How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping takes 2–5 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $6.95. Express shipping is $14.95. Both are flat rates.

Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is the daily cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after or on weekends begin processing the next working day.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 2–3 business days. For tracking issues, email us at info@grandgrace.shop.

What is your return window? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Visit the Submit your Return page with photos or proof of the issue. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email at no cost to you.

Is return shipping free? Yes. Return shipping is completely free — a prepaid label will be emailed to you once your return is approved.

Can I exchange an item? Exchanges are available in-store only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.

Are there any restocking fees? No. Grand Grace does not charge any restocking fees.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Can I get a refund on a discount or promo code? No. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
