Order Processing & Delivery

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day.

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping — $6.95 flat rate
• Express Shipping — $14.95 flat rate

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link and number by email within 2–3 business days. If your tracking isn't updating or appears inactive, contact us at info@grandgrace.shop, and we'll look into it right away.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, contact us immediately at info@grandgrace.shop with photos of the issue. Grand Grace takes full responsibility for making it right — through a return, replacement, or exchange.
