Refund policy

Please read this policy before placing your order. This policy applies to all orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Start a Return

Submit your Return with proof of the issue, such as photos or any relevant documents. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label directly to your email at no cost to you. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right, submit your return within 48 hours of deliveryΒ with clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in-store only, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

No Restocking Fees

Grand Grace does not charge restocking fees on any eligible returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require a little extra time to reflect the credit.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Refunds are not available for discounts that weren't used at the time of purchase.
